1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bm333 ("bm333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at bm333.io. Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) bm333 account at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. bm333 may, upon detecting duplicate accounts, close all related accounts without prior notice and forfeit any balances held therein pending investigation. A household may contain multiple players, but each player must register independently with their own unique credentials.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bm333 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Upon registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, bm333 may request identity documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your bm333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bm333 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bm333 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. bm333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials or to promptly report a security concern.

3.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bm333 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bm333 will process any outstanding balance in accordance with the withdrawal policy set out in Section 4, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active bonuses are subject to ongoing wagering obligations.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure by bm333

bm333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, dishonest, or collusive behaviour.
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bm333 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account balance and may apply those funds toward any losses, costs, or damages incurred by bm333 as a result of the breach.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bm333 may levy a monthly account maintenance fee on inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The fee will be deducted from any remaining account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to avoid inactivity fees should log in and make at least one transaction within any 12-month period.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bm333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. bm333 reserves the right to add or remove payment method integrations at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bm333 is ৳200 for all local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). For Visa and Mastercard, the minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. bm333 charges no fees on deposits made via local payment methods. Standard card processing times apply to Visa and Mastercard deposits.

All funds deposited into your bm333 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned. bm333 may request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bm333 charges zero fees on all withdrawals to local payment methods. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: Under 15 minutes from approval.
• Rocket and Upay: Under 30 minutes from approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: Between 1 and 3 hours from approval.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bm333 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider or banking institution.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bm333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment is initiated in another currency by the player's bank or card provider, the conversion is the responsibility of the player's financial institution. bm333 will credit and debit all accounts in BDT only.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, bm333 will offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback awards, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bm333 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; making low-risk, high-coverage bets solely to meet wagering thresholds; and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. bm333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.

5.4 Eligibility Restrictions

Certain promotions may be available only to players who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as new registrants, players who have deposited via a particular payment method, or players within a specified VIP tier. Eligibility criteria will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. bm333's determination of eligibility is final and binding.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bm333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been placed, where there is evidence of system error, where odds were published erroneously, or where bm333 reasonably suspects the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised. In such cases, bm333 will return the original stake to the player's account balance.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that results in an erroneous bet outcome or incorrect odds being displayed, bm333 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. bm333 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Live odds are subject to rapid change. Once a live bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bm333 system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled. Players are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct market and stake before confirming a live bet.

6.4 Casino and Crash Games

7 Prohibited Conduct
